Credit Card Refund Policy

Florida Preferred Automotive Services LLC Reserves the right to repair, correct, or remedy any workmanship or color matching concerns prior to issuing a refund. All Customers must make attempts to resolve issues before manager will authorize a refund. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Some times we may have to Re make your color using a darker tint or lighter tint to achieve closer OEM Results. We are very flexible with do-overs and completely understand a customer's concern when it comes to colors not matching. Just reach out to management and we will schedule you back in free of charge.
Florida Preferred Automotive Services LLC requires a Deposit up front. sometimes 100% Fees upfront. This is Normal as your insurance would pay forward the full amount of the preliminary damages listed on our invoice and offer a 2nd pay out for supplemental damages as well. Please do not find concern with this policy if you're paying out of pocket, as it is normal procedure. We do not lend credit towards repair without first signing up for Klarna or affirm so all fees other wise should be paid up front by credit card or zelle prior to scheduling or initiating automotive repair services. By submitting a deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
All deposits are used to secure labor scheduling and to order materials, paint, and parts that are customized specifically to the vehicle’s VIN number and factory color code. Once an order is placed, these materials are considered non-transferable and non-returnable.

If a customer cancels before the service call or repair work has been carried out, the customer may be eligible for a 50% Refund.

The remaining 50% is retained to cover administrative costs, scheduling, and VIN- and color-specific materials, Parts already ordered.

No Color Match Guarantee- colors are made by weight. colors can be off slightly by to much black or to much white tint. we make up for this by blending away from the damage.

we do not guarantee any color match while still offering the best closest match and blending to make up for this. We will also re make your color and Re schedule you back in if your not happy.
No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

If the service call, repair, or any portion of the work has already begun/ Requires Manager authorization

If parts, materials, or paint have been ordered / Requires manager authorization

If the customer is unavailable, refuses service upon arrival, or cancels more than 3 scheduled service windows

Asked to leave by property management before ,during, or ending service call.

If dissatisfaction is based on cosmetic gapping alignment issues with or in between adjoining parts

Example 1. - Requesting cheaper Method of repair with expectations of higher results like that of a High-quality Replacement part Vs High quality Repair.

Example 2. - while one option may fix the atheistic look of the metal and gloss finish it may not correct the way a part sits or aligns with the adjoining panel. That being said the area we actually repaired can be very high quality while the remaining edges of the panel can have inaccurate gapping in between adjoining parts due to impact. This is something to consider when comparing a replacement part Vs a Repair. Parts are very thin and shift from impact. The spacing between each part can be almost perfect with a replacement part while a repair Doesn't address this issue and focuses on the exterior of the panel and its aesthetic parallel body lines. usually when we can correct gapping issues it will be written in work order for clarification.
Manager-Authorized Refunds
Refunds outside of the standard 50% cancellation policy are not guaranteed and may only be issued with written management authorization under the following circumstances:

Verified inaccurate pricing caused by company error

cosmetic Gloss Finish / Looks and preferences rather than workmanship standards not corrected

Incorrect parts ordered due to company Error

Documented poor craftsmanship, as determined solely by management after inspection, review, and/or an opportunity to correct the issue

After 2nd Attempt to correct poor craftmanship or poor-quality results With No Better results
Florida Preferred Automotive Services LLC reserves the right to repair, correct, or remedy any workmanship concerns prior to issuing a refund. All refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
LIFE-TIME WARRANTY: By Definition of this Term (Life - Time Warranty) -What it means-how we use this term:
Our Company when using this term (Life Time) refers specifically to auto body replacement parts and the part no longer being produced due to the production window being closed. If an OEM Manufacturer Stops producing parts for your vehicle we consider the warranty expired even if 3rd party aftermarket companies continue to produce replica parts. We Will Honor The Life Time warranty up until the OEM Part production ends. All Paint and body work warranties are good for 30 days After the vehicle has been repaired due to the fact that we can not control what may cause damage from a moving object impacting your vehicle. Your warranty does not cover new accidents or flying objects in road way. There is a difference between Paint failure and impact from an object like rock chips or road debris.
Keep in mind we make every effort to fix any problem that comes up even after the repair is complete. We stand by a 24 month warranty on all Clear coat application that has fading, cracking or peeling. This excludes chemical reactions from car cleaning products that cause fading like oils and waxes that are cheap with no UV protection can heat up the surface and cause pre-mature fading issues.
Credit Card Transaction & Work Documentation Policy
To protect both the customer and Florida Preferred Automotive Services LLC, all credit card transactions and related repair work are thoroughly documented.
Transaction Security

Work Documentation

High-quality before, during, and after photos are taken for every service

Photos are captured step-by-step throughout the repair process

All images include date, time, and location metadata when applicable

Photo updates may be uploaded to the customer invoice or estimate for transparency updates
Invoice & Dispute chargeback Protection

Each invoice includes documented service details and supporting photo evidence

The last four digits of the credit card used are recorded on the invoice for verification purposes only

Photos and documentation are uploaded and stored with the estimate and invoice to support credit card dispute and chargeback resolution. Attempts to resolve issue must be documented
By completing a payment, the customer agrees that this documentation may be used to respond to payment disputes, chargebacks, or inquiries from card issuers and financial institutions.
Refund Processing
